Shipping and Delivery Policy
J&K Europe Imports ship out products Australia wide as well as internationally.
Freight will be charged as additional item on our invoices.
For all deliveries, J&K Europe Imports will attempt to provide the best rate combined with the best service.
In order to minimise freight costs and breakages, J&K Europe Imports strongly recommends pallet deliveries.
If required, J&K Europe Imports will provide a freight quote for your approval before goods are shipped.
When order has been despatched J&K Europe Imports automatically emails a despatch notice with courier details for all its deliveries.
Futile deliveries are described as "where the courier has attempted to deliver the goods with the full knowledge of the customer and there has been no-one available to receive the goods". This then leads to the courier having to return the goods to their despatch and book a new delivery schedule with the customer, which will incur new delivery charges from the courier.
Futile deliveries are the responsibility of the customer and any subsequent charges will be invoiced to the customer account for payment before the goods are booked in for new delivery.
Before signing as having received the products in good order please check the product/s for any faults or damages. If you have any concerns you must make the appropriate notes on the delivery cart note before signing it and ask the driver to initial your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of the fault or damage immediately following the delivery.
You must notify J&K Europe Imports of any faulty or damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by phone on 03 5725 1966 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
J&K Europe Imports does not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision
J&K Europe Imports accepts responsibility only for goods received that are either :- Faulty or Damaged on Delivery.
A credit for these goods will only be accepted:
- by notify J&K Europe Imports of any faulty or damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by phone on 03 5725 1966 or email email@example.com
- provide an image of the fault or damage immediately following the delivery.
J&K Europe Imports does not give refunds, only a credit.
